Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165F as measured with a meat thermometer. Skillet: Patties: Season turkey as desired and shape into 1/4-pound patties, 4-inch diameter. Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray; preheat skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165F as measured with a meat thermometer.
