Instructions: Cook to 165°F **Thawing / Roasting Guidelines (thawing optional) **Thawing*: (In refrigerator) 1 1/2 - 2 days; Approximate Roasting Time - Open pan, 325°F oven: Thawed 1 3/4 - 2 hours, Frozen 2 1/2 - 3 hours ***Always thaw in unopened wrapper, thaw on tray in refrigerator, or thaw in cold water, change water frequently. Do not thaw at room temperature. **Tips **Gravy Packet Stuck? Place roast on microwave-safe plate and microwave on high to loosen gravy packet (approx. 2 minutes). **How to Remove Netting after Roasting? Snip netting vertically. Gently pull netting away, applying pressure where sticking occurs. **Other - From Frozen **Roast (No Thaw, Freezer to Oven) **1. Place prepared roast, skin side up, on flat roasting rack in 2" deep open roasting pan. Do not add water to pan. **2. Roast, uncovered to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F in center. Roasting time will vary if covered or placed in an oven cooking bag. **3. For easier net removal, wrap roast in foil when done and let stand 10 minutes.
